Wondering.....

So I was just wondering why we tend to break away more frequetly from our good diet habits in the evenings and/or during the weekends.  I have noticed that I never eat ice cream in the morning!  I have some ideas about why this is, but what are your thoughts?  Let's hear it.

  1. I think we start off every day 100%committed to our healthy "diet", work hard all day at choosing the best foods and exercise. Then come evening, we think we should reward ourselves for our "good behavior"! Maybe we see some good results during the week, so again, on the weekend we "reward ourselves" for our hard work all week long.
    That's one theory, the other is, we get LAZY!!!!
